All prices include tax. Monthly plans: Light 8,800 JPY per month (8C); Standard 17,600 JPY (16C); Active 27,800 JPY (26C); Elite 41,200 JPY (40C). Extra credits are 1,500 JPY for 1C, with no bulk discount. The first assessment (30 minutes, once per player) is 5,500 JPY, or 5C if paid in credits, regardless of coach rank.

Online lesson (50 min): Professional 7C / Expert 9C / Premier 15C. Video analysis report (up to 90 minutes of footage): Professional 11C / Expert 14C / Premier 22C. Scope, delivery time and other conditions are shown on each order screen.

Internet charges, the cost of your device and connection, transfer fees and any other costs you incur are yours to pay. Any additional charge is shown on the order screen.

Credit card and any other method shown on the order screen.

Monthly plans: on ordering and at each renewal. Extra credits and one-off purchases: when the purchase completes. The exact billing date is shown on the order screen.

A monthly plan renews automatically on the cycle shown on the order screen. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal using the method we provide, no further renewals take place. After cancelling you can keep using the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Online lessons and first assessments are provided at the booked time. Video analysis reports are delivered by the date shown on each order screen.

Unused credits granted by a monthly plan are valid until the earlier of 180 days after they are granted and the day your membership ends, and carry over within that period. Purchased credits are valid for 180 days from the purchase date. If you hold several kinds, the ones expiring soonest are used first. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred or sold to anyone else.

Up to 24 hours before the booked time: one free rescheduling on the stated conditions, or the credits used are returned. Inside 24 hours, and for no-shows: no rescheduling, credit return or refund as a rule. See the Absence, Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Rules.

Before the video is submitted: the credits used are returned as a rule. After submission or once the coach has begun work: no credit return or refund for a cancellation by you, as a rule.

If we cannot provide the service as planned because of the coach, a failure of our systems or another matter on our side, we respond with another coach, a change of time, re-delivery, a return of the credits used, or another reasonable measure.

For a monthly plan, we do not pro-rate refunds for a period that has already started, except where the law requires it or where we agree otherwise.

This service consists of online services and digital deliverables, so there are no returns or exchanges of physical goods. Termination, refunds and the return of credits follow this notice, the Terms of Service and the Absence, Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Rules.

You provide the device, internet connection, supported browser and online meeting environment needed for lessons, video submission and viewing deliverables. Any specific requirement is shown on the order screen.
